STILL WAITING FOR REFUND AFTER 6 MONTHS

Called Mtn August 2012 to cancel 3 lines with them, Mapitso from Retentions assited and advised on the amount R10000 -. which i paid immediatley. on the call she advised that if this ammount was paid i would have no more debits going off and my account and lines cancelled. 1st Sep 2012 i get debited for an amount of R1199. I called back and 2 different agents promised it will be resolved and i would recieve a call or the payout and to date no call or money ever recieved.
