Billing wrong AGAIN

It seems that this company is simply UNABLE to get their billing right! I cancelled the 500mb data bundle on my account on the 16th August they day before I was to be billed for the bundle (as advised by the call centre on the 12th) i had to call in twice because the first time I called on the 16th they just didnt do it. The second time i called i was informed that there is a problem with the system (isn't there always?) but that she made a note and if I was billed they will see her note and credit the full R149 as I phoned before my billing date. Of course, on true Autopage fashion I was billed for it even though I cancelled. I have now logged two queries with client care and received a sms to say I was refunded R34. Who knows how they got to that amount? I AGAIN phoned in. Again explained everything for the 3rd time and again received a sms saying that a R34 credit was passed. I emailed them at least 4 times. NO RESPONSE. I paid for something I cancelled and now I am spending more airtime value trying to get my bundle cancelled (its still
Not cancelled) and my R149 credit. As always - PATHETIC service.
