I SPOKE TO MAPITSO AS WELL AS TOWFEEQ IN RETENTIONS, I ADVISED THEM OF THE CANCELLATION AND THE FACT THAT I HAD OVER R250 IN AIRTIME THAT WAS PAID FOR AND UNUSED, PREVIOUSLY I WAS ADVISED THAT ALTHOUGH I AM CANCELLING I WILL RECIEVE THE AIRTIME BACK IN VOUCHERS, I AM NOT TOO CONCERNED ABOUT THE DATA THAT I HAD 400MB, HOWEVER SINCE I PAID FOR MY AIRTIME, IT IS DUE TO ME, I HAVE NOT GOTTEN FEEDBACK AND WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER, I INSST ON THOSE AIRTIME VOUCHERS BEING SENT TO ME SOONEST!!! AS PER THE CPA!!
I AWAIT A RESPONSE, THIS IS THE LAST CHANCE TO FIX THIS BEFORE I ESCALATE THIS MATTER LEGALY.
