Still Being Charged for BIS

This is the second HelloPeter Complaint regarding the same problem. I have also made a case with 8ta Call Center but every time my invoice arrives the BIS is still being charged.

I want R236 (R59x4Months) Refunded to my account and the BIS properly cancelled ASAP or I will have no choice but to approach the ombud since this is becoming ridiculous.
