Customer who responds?

Hi. Hellopeter lists Telkom as a customer who responds, but this has not been true for me. I logged three related complaints on Hellopeter for Telkom and even though Telkom wrote that someone will contact me and treating it as "urgent", they still haven't contacted me about the complaints after months.
