ARS 235404 - Still being charged incorrectly

After my last complaint, I am still waiting for the correct billing invoice. Innocentia has not followed up since the last email. Last week on the 15th I received a call from Glenda, 0437021315, after waiting weeks for this call from her. She informs me that the credit has been done and the new invoice was dispatched to the correct address now. I received this invoice reflecting an amount of R900!!! what the is wrong with Telkom and the incompetent that work there?!! where is my credits?! and why the are we being charged for the re connection of two lines?!!! Can someone who knows what the is going on with my account contact me ASAP. I am not wasting anymore time with the call center. How are you charging me for your errors? I have had enough of Telkom and this service. And if i don't pay the arrears on the account which shouldn't even be there in the first place, then my line will get disconnected and I will have to pay again for re connection fees. Can Telkom sort out this mess that they have created now! Utterly useless.
