Dear Mantoa, I have not yet had a response to my message to you on the 8th September 2013 on . (Req: 2624778). I queried the following: 1. Breakdown of charges on data from the BEGINNING of the Contract; 2. You stated that "on 29/7/13 Mtn responded to you requesting proof of Contract in order to amend the package", but Mtn have the Contract in their possession! If, as you said, the package will be amended, why the delay, frustration, high costs and why hasn't this been attended to and amended yet? A "closed" account was requested, for a few months it was "closed" when my son ran out of data, then suddenly it became "open" with huge costs amounting to my son's account! Not acceptable! I look forward to your urgent response please. Thank you.
