Autopage
2 gig data joke - 10 days and still waiting

Was given a response by Autopage when I complained on Hellopeter on the 5th of August, saying that someone would be in contact shortly regarding the ridiculous bill, but 10 days later and still waiting? Is it an automated response with no one actually following up??? I barely use 500mb per month on my cell phone, how can you let a 2 gig data contract reach 9 gigs without finding something suspicious or notifying me when I reach my contract amount/cap of 2 gigs!!
