Incorrect Billing incorrect billing address

In the 9 months that I have been with Virgin Mobile, I have been quite pleased with their service.
In June and July, we had no wifi due to a technical issue, so had to use mobile data to ensure emails etc were received and delivered. I received two bills that were fairly high, but understandable. Last night I received another R700 bill- but cannot understand why?! My contract states that R338.71 will be charged monthly. I spent R205.56. How does Virgin Mobile manage to produce a bill of R753.71? I am also being charged R282.46 for subscriptions. No other account from Virgin mobile has any record of this. What subscriptions am I being charged for?
When I logged onto their website to view my bill (to see if I could fathom what was going on!) I noticed that the August bill now stated that I lived in Mthatha, Eastern Cape! HOW? All other statements have the correct address. Am I being charged for someone elses account?!
Please help with this matter!
