I am on a contract with Virgin Mobile. I was billed two amounts for August:
1. My standard monthly bill
2. An additional random amount

I called customer care as the second amount did not appear on my monthly statement. All the employee could tell me was that the second amount is for additional calls made. When asked why this does not appear on my statement as normal calls made and why I did not receive a separate statement for the amount - they could not give me an answer.

I was told that they would have to find an itemised billing for this amount but that this might take some time. I was then hung on twice before I could request the billing or get a reference number.

As far as I am concerned, this amounts to. I am being charged for amounts that do not appear on my statement and Virgin can't/refuse to send me a billing. I would advise everyone who reads this to check their statements and make sure they aren't being cheated too.
