Virgin Mobile South Africa
4 subscription charges!!!

For the month of july by phone bill was nearly R1000!
After I received my statement I saw I was charged for 4 subscriptions
Rather then the 2 that I have with virgin mobile!
The virgin call centre is 100% useless! If you not cut off in the middle of a call; you get
Call centre agents who simply are not clued up!
Please help!
