Service???

I was told to phone Monica Re: my upgrade. I came in on Sunday to upgrade my phone to a S4. needless to say that she phoned me to say that MTN hadnt received their catalogue yet and i must come in another day. I do not have the time to come to town from a farm when it suits people at MTN. Monica then called me to say that they dont have any S4s in stock let alone white. ( i was already at Norhtgate) i went into the store to find out more. The female rep (not Sam) phoned the other MTN store in side Northgate to help me to be told they had white S4 's in stock only to get there and find out they only had one white S4.I was then told that they will receive new stock on the monday which i should come in after 3pm... needless to say, on Monday they hadnt received their stock??? should i now settle for a phone's colour i did not originally want.
