What is going on in Billing???

I have been with Virgin Mobile for years and never had a bad experience. But this Nov when they deducted R407-57 my blood was boiling. I have a contract and for the last how many years I have never had a big bill like that. My normal monthly payment is R172-00 and has been for two years. All of a sudden this huge bill. I would like to hear from the TOP GUYS, (not the customer care centre) why all of a sudden I am getting billed like this. I have a credit balance of R625-08 usage. I have not received itemised billing in months except for Nov period (which I had to ask for my bill). I contacted the customer care 3 times to no avail. My contract I took out was that I would get R100-00 free talk time and 1000 free sms's. Now I have just had an email telling me that I received airtime of R750-00 so get charged for all calls. My contract expires in December so please Virgin cancel my contract at the end of November. I have not been advised of any new changes nor have I signed up for any new changes and certainly was not informed. I do not take kindly to changes like this without my permission. Who authorised this? Goodbye Virgin Mobile, I'll take my business elsewhere.
