I changed my contract to a data deal and got a laptop, which is great.
I called vodacom and clearwater to asked by when I should use up my current (approx 334min), clearwater confirmed by 31AUG @ 12h00pm and the sales consultant also said end of the month.
TODAY is the 31AUG, and they have switch my contract over and compensated me with 33MB..???
I am not happy, as I wanted to use the free min today..
I would have been ok if a consultant told me that it would be earlier, but they did not, they said the 31AUG pm
I always have endless problems with Vodacom, billing, sim swap, minutes. When is this going to stop??
I want my 334min back like now... NOW!!! I want to use it today!!
This is terrible service..
Please go listen to my phone calles on the profile before calling me, as I do not want to repeat myself once again 30times!
I always make the same mistake, to think let me try vodacom again. Maybe this time it will be ok.. THEN BOOM!! They dissapoint me again...!!
