I have had a problem on my Vodacom wireless Internet where I get rubber banding due to lag. I have reported the same fault on numerous occasions, which normally takes about 3 days to fix. Once this happens, I get the inevitable call to let me know the fault is "fixed". If you actually repaired the fault, it wouldn't happen every 2 to 3 weeks, but you insist it's repaired, even though in all probability, someone has just reset one of the units. When a fault is reported, your Technicians should check the history of the fault which I hope is documented, and then repair it by using intellect and processes to ensure its repaired, and not a temporary solution. If the same fault is reported every few weeks, then get a clue, it's not repaired. My PC works 100% on my Afrihost ADSL unit at work, so it's not my PC or my router.
You would never miss your debit order which I am expected to pay for your service, yet as a customer the service I am paying for does not hold the same value. If I stopped payment, how long would it take you to react? Please repair now or you will lose me as a customer. And please no lip service, I just want good old fashioned timeous service, enough said
