I reported that my telephone line was not working on 24/12/2013. When I followed up on the fault on the 30/12/2013 I was told to count 11 days from the date the fault was reported & then maybe it will be attended to. The fault was eventually repaired on 04/01/2014. The fault was at the exchange and nobody came to my property. This service is disgusting & to add insult I expect that no refund for the service I have not had will be forthcoming.
