Home phone and adsl have been off for 3months now. I have logged the fault numerous times with Telkom and they have sent over 6 different technicians over the 3 month period and none of them can diagnose the problem. After every 2 weeks of logging a fault I receive a notification that the fault has been repaired. I don't think it's fair paying a R400 bill every month for sumthing I am unable to use.
