10 days without a telkom line

Hi. My Landline went down on Saturday 2 November. I reported it on Sunday morning. No 1 came to repair until I reported it on this website on Tuesday 5 November. A technician came out on Wednesday, said its an outside fault, repaired it & left. the Line went down again on Friday. I lodged a fault report again on Friday 8 November. I was told a fault is still open on my line. Its now Tuesday 12 November & nothing beings done. surely a re do job or not repaired properly the first time should be put as emergency on the top of list, not be be sent to the end of the queue to follow again. Frustrated with no landline for 10 days & many more to come.
