Disappearance of my bundles

I bought bundles (100MB) about a month ago using my phone for one of my applications. I was left with around 27MB when it suddendly disappeared on my phone and no one could explain it to me. I then called in yesterday as well (31/06/2013) they told me that my bundles expired! I was not even warned and told that they will be expiring soon. No sms notification that my data bundles are about to expire so NOW I lost all of them when there is something that I could have done to avoid them being forfeited!! I loaded enogh to last me longer then now regret ever doing that! Tottally appalling how they treat loyal customers with their expensive tariffs!
