I upgraded in Nov 2012 and also purchased a data contract with a tablet for R199. Both was cancelled within 7 days and ram couriers collected from my house. Billed in Dec 2012 for phone, tablet and data usage which I did not have and did dot use (tablet and 3g unopened as it was wrong). Phoned Vodacom in Dec and was told they could not help had to phone Rewardsco, phoned Rewardsco and was told a query will get logged, Jan 2013 billing the same, phoned rewardsco, was told that Vodacom is responsible to cancel contract when they received the items back. I am not sure how this works as Rewarsco says you can only cancel or get help and must phone 0861236666 which as you are continuously played a recording "all our operators are currently busy". To me this means Rewardsco is responsible, Rewardsco says Vodacom is responsible Surely if Rewarsco act on behalf of Vodacom then Vodacom should be ultimately responsible. I currently have 7 Vodacom contracts and if this does not get solved I will stop the debit order for all contracts, maybe then Vodacom or Rewardsco will solve the problem.
