Intermittent Telephone Line Both DSL and Analog

I have been calling telkom endlessly to have my adsl line fixed.
Everytime a different technician is dispatched, and nobody can fix my problem nor do i receive feedback on when it will be resolved.
Telkom is quick to say that they would charge for a call out fee if its negligence on the client's side but, I work for one of the leading ISP's and this is not acceptable.
The problem is that it my telephone line (analog side) goes down in the evenings when I would like to do work, or even try and stream football. I can't call the call centre then because theres no dial tone and my dsl light on the router keeps flickering redundantly.
I have troubleshooted, replaced and tested my hardware, and its not my hardware because during the day, it works, with no problem.
The first technician that came to my premesis said I had a wire loose on the telephone point, and thats rubbish because that point was not in use.
I want this fixed please, I pay for a service that should work, I don't want an intermittent problem with my line to go on for so long, and I understand that nobody guarentees 100% up time, surely this problem can be resolved on the exchange. Please fix it! -Fault Ref: 623CWK180113
