Hi, Last year November 2012. I entered into a telesale data bundle contract with Rewardsco as a Vadacom approved dealer. The deal was for a subscription to data bundles for my lap top and for my phone. As part of the deal I was told I will receive a modem for my lap top with a new sim card and nothing was said regarding the data bundles for my phone, as a result I assumed they would be credited to me through my existing Vodacom sim.

Upon the delivery and inspection of the goods from Rewardsco around November, I discovered that I was instead given two Sim CARDS and a Wi-fi device, which would results in me having 3 contracts with Vadacom. After a couple days, I called Rewardsco to cancell the deal, of which they agreed as I was not happy with the contents of the deal, particularly I did not need the Wi-fi device. They promised to send a courier to fetch the goods but they never did, I have followed it up with them many times but to no avail, though each time they promise to send somebody to fetch the goods. To my surprise they have been debiting my account for the previous two months through Vodacom's debit order, yet I have cancelled the contract.
