Bad service from Rewardsco

At the end of January 2013, I received a phone call from Rewardsco offering me and upgrade on my Vodacom contract since my 2 year term was over. Unfortunately I agreed and received a Nokia Windows phone the following week, which I immediately was dissatisfied with. Rewardsco had told me that if I did not like the phone all I needed to do was advise them that I did not wish to keep it and the concomitant Contract would be cancelled. On 4 February 2013, which was within the 7 day test period, I advised Rewardsco that I wished to return the phone. Since then I have been waiting for them to collect the phone. I made numerous calls to them to complain about it, but no action taken on their part. I wonder how long I am going to wait for them to eventually collect the phone and cancel the contract so that I can revert back to my old contract and get a new upgrade. Its amazing how many times the Rewardsco system is off line and that there is no supervisor to whom I can speak. How Vodacom can be associated with Rewardsco and their service I do not understand?
