I RECEIVED A CALL FROM "REWARDSCO" ON 27 NOVEMBER 2013 TO UPGRADE MY CELL PHONE. ON FRIDAY I RECEIVED THE CELL PHONE & GIFT CARD, TO REALISE THAT IT WAS INCORRECT. ON THE DELIVERY SLIP NO TELEPHONE NUMBER OR ADDRESS APPEAR FOR REWARDSCO, I HAD TO GOOGLE SAME TO ENABLE ME TO PHONE THEM. AFTER 8 ATTEMPTS I SEND A E-MAIL TO CANCEL THE INCORRECT UPGRADE!! I RECEIVED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM THE CALL CENTRE TO INFORMED ME THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS. I LODGED A COMPLAIN REF NOS3T9T3J-JA2FA. STILL AWAITING A RESPONSE!!!
