I have decided not to accept the upgrade of a Blackberry through Vodacom (outsourced to Rewardsco). I have been on the telephone to Rewardsco for over TWO HOURS and no one asnwers my call. I want this contract termintated before the 14 day cooling off period kicks in but i CANNOT do that because no one answers my telephone call. I have phoned Vodacom and spoken to Mfana (who would not give me his surname and told me all managers are out!!) and he absolved Vodacom of all involvement. I want Rewardsco to contact me and cancel this and take the Blackberry back. This is excelptionally shocking customer service. Upgrade hte conract and allow for 14 days for the phone to be returned and then don't answer the phone so it cannot be returned! Unreal. I will never do business with this crowd again and will also be switching to MTN in future.
