I recently took out Red VIP contract with Vodacom... big mistake! I got billed at out-of-bundle rates in December to the tune of R2600 and yet my statement showed that there were bundles remaining that were even carried over to January. I called Vodacom to query this on the 8th of January. I was told that they would investigate and I would get feedback in 14 working days. That was meant to have happened on the 28th of January. Till now, I have not received any feedback wrt this and when I call to query this, I'm told that they've escalated the query and someone will contact me. I am still waiting and to my shock I got debited R3515 this morning for something that has not been rectified yet. I need answers because nobody at Vodacom call centre is willing to help. I just get told that someone will call me and no one does. I'm tired of the bad service I'm receiving from Vodacom (and this is not the first or second incident)
