Terrible Service from Vodacom

I went to Vodacom at the glen, near the Dischem shop. I walked in and someone asked if i needed help. I then indicated that i wanted to speak to the Technician. 10 minutes past and no-one arrived. I then asked someone else, who came back 10 minutes later and said that the technician would be finished with lunch in 5 minutes. No one arrived. I then asked someone else and the person then came back at 13:30 and said the technician would be on lunch till 2pm. While waiting for this there were approximately 6 Vodacom staff just sitting around and doing nothing. At 13:30 i decided to leave, due to terrible service. I then contacted Vodacom Customer care on Monday 25 November and lodged a complaint. I received an sms that i would received feedback within 24 hrs. Nop feedback was received. I contacted Vodacom Customer care again on 2 Dec 13 at about 11:45 am and was told someone tried to contact me on Friday 29 Nov 13. This was not tru. I then requested that i be concated within 15 minutes. This did not occur. I contacted again at 12:35. I was then told that their systems were down at that they could not give me a contact number. No response till now has been received.
