My business had its lines inadvertently cut a few weeks back, after a tenant in an adjacent building tried to 'clean up' the cabling and cut my line. It was a Monday, and not having a land line or Internet has a serious impact on my business.
Logged the fault online and quickly got a booking number. Was contacted twice during the day, and the problem was isolated. Not only did they run a new line to prevent further occurences, but it was a hefty amount of work, and by 4pm I had a whole new trunk installed by their technicians. I missed the name of the first technician, who was excellent, but another technician Peter Mdala, who has previously looked after us, was fantastic as always.
Follow up to check all was OK was extremely efficient. I know that Telkom has picked up a lot of criticism in the past, but I think they have done an excellent job in upping their game and providing a high level of customer service and proficiency. Thank you!
