Telkom Technician Broke My ADSL AGAIN while workin

My expensive ADSL line was down longer than a month, from March untill first week in April 2013. It has been running fine for 3 weeks, but when I got home last night the line is dead again. This is extremely frustrating as I am paying for services from other companies that I cannot use because my ADSL is down again. Apparently a technician was there yesterday and fixed the people living next to me in the complex's line. Every single time a technician works in the complex, someone's ADSL line goes off. I do not know how this type of incompetent service is provided to clients. Clearly they are not capable of doing their work. EVERY SINGLE TIME THEY FIX SOMETHING BUT BREAK SOMEONE ELSE'S LINE.The old lady living below my unit's line has been down for 3 weeks!! When she spoke the the technician yesterday who fixed someone else's line, he told her it is not his problem. This is extremely unacceptable. Can you please please UREGENTLY send someone to fix my line. This is an expensive service costing R1000 per month and if it is not sorted out speedily I will cancel and take my business to a 3G provider. I can not wait another month before the service is restored. New Fault reference number 819CTK290413
