Not impressed with the service of vodacom

I know I'm a first time contract user but what I'm experiencing with vodacom is poor customer explaining from the agents. This morning I wake up at 5:40am I was surprised when I saw facebook nd email messages coz my line was supposed to be locked so I called vodacom to enquire but then it was said that I reached my limit of calling customer care so I used my other number wen finally I got a hold of them I asked why is my line unlocked without my authorization then the guy told me that the system unlocked my limit before time (as I'm migrating on the 1st) so the limit was removed, well I got angry coz its not supposed to b my problem, I asked for itemized billing which I then cancelled coz I thought they where taking time to send me my quotation so I was billed even thou I ddnt get the itemized billing report so I applied for another 1 whch showed me that I used 4015698 bytes of data this morning which I didn't know of so this keeps on adding to my bill which is frustrating me coz no1 seems to b giving me the correct information. I'm really concerned and stressed on the future of this contract as this is only the 1st month nd I've had to deal with a lot of unprofessional situations.
