Poor Contract service, poor!!

On the 1st of December Sunday morning my phone was locked because I was told 'I've exceeded call limit, I did not bother to call Vodacom straight away because I knew my phone was going to be unlocked automatically since it was the 1st. I waited up until 1pm still no service on my phone and my account was not refreshed nothing was loaded for this month up until today I am without a phone, is this how Vodacom repays customers for being loyal I have been calling for my phone to be unlocked but with no help all I keep on getting is Vodacom is having a problem with their system 3 days with no phone like really 3 days!! this is so unacceptable. Vodacom please fix up your mess!!!
