VODACOM REFUSES TO OWN UP FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!

I am a customer of Vodacom and as far as I know the customer is always right and yet here i am after months of struggling! Over and above the issues that i have experienced with Vodacom since January I requested a R50 limit to be put on the phone. i received an sms at the beginning of March saying that I had reached 75% of the limit and then there after i received no communication from Vodacom and the phone continued to work. when i called on the 15th of April to find out how much my monthly bill was on they told me that i did not have a limit on the contract. when I contacted Kim Thornton about the matter she confirmed that there was no limit on the contract. I then asked her to listen to calls from Feb which she did. Kim came back to me and told me that because they were investigating and the account division kept locking my phone and i constantly had to call them to have the line unblocked she said that the limit had fallen away. How am i to know that the limit no longer stood? its utter rubbish!!! no one articulated this to me otherwise i would never have asked for the limit in the first place. I don't know how Vodacom is as successful as it is because this is RIDICULOUS!!!
