8 ta non compliant to my complaints

"About a month ago I took out a contract from 8 ta including a new apple iphone 5, now it seems (according to them) their is a problem with the new Iphone5 and 8 ta, I cannot send sms's on this phone with 8 ta! 8 ta blames iphone 5, and vice versa, in the meantime, going to their branch in the kolonade centre is a total waste of time, the staff their who sold it to me, just keeps phoning the call center and are incompetent and does not give a customer feedback whatsoever. I want this contract cancelled for many reasons, but besides the bad service, they told me that there will be coverage where I stay, but there isn't any, so why should I pay for a phone that doesnt work with no reception in my area? I am willing to take this much further this is only the beginning ."... This what I wrote more than a while ago 8 ta just sends a pre written responds to everybody, the problem is even worse now, I lose a lot of money in my businesses, because calls never comes thru, I just get a notification that I had a missed call all the time! the 8 ta internet does a thing called throttling etc I want this contract cancelled no excuses!
