I ported my number from MTN to Virgin Mobile on Friday 23/08/2013. I firstly asked how long it would take to get my number ported and working and the sales lady told me that my number would be ready for use by Monday 26/08/2013.By Monday my MTN Sim stopped working and when i inserted the Virgin Mobile number and went through all the porting procedure, i could not access my internet. i called them and have been sent from pillar to post to try and resolve this inconvenience. What's more frustrating is that no one is willing to take responsibility of changing the bad perception i now have by solving the problem and getting back to me with feedback. i have been told that this is an inbound call center and we can not call you. The technicians have failed to resolve my problem and just tell me there is nothing they can do. for this horrendous service, i will make sure that none of my friends or family ever deal with virgin mobile. i will post this on all the social networks and make sure that everyone knows how Virgin mobile treats their clients.
