Cell C
Illing me for something I dont want

I called Cell C because I wanted a new cellphone contract. I spoke to a gentleman, Kabelo Maponya, and he 'sold' me a contract. I work outside of SA and asked him if he will be able to ship me the new handset as well as the contract within 4 days because I was leaving SA and would like to settle this before I leave the country. I also told him that if the items could not be shipped within that period of time, then I am not interested anymore. Four days past and I heard nor received nothing. About a month passed and our secretary told me that there was a parcel waiting for me at the office. I was baffled, because I clearly stated that I do not want the thing if it couldnt be delivered on time. Secondly, I was unhappy because of the fact that the parcel that was intended for me to receive, was just dropped off and any tom or harry signed for it. I never signed for receiving anything from Cell C. As soon as I got back to SA, I had Cell C come pick the still sealed parcel up as I dont want it. I never even opened the box so the contract was never activated... still, they billed me for 2 months... for somethingvI never signed for and something I dont want... today another R7000 is.
