I PLACED A DISPUTE ON MY BILL IN THE BEGINING OF DECEMBER, REFFERENCE NUMBER S3-SE02C-CIUI4, I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL RECIEVE FEEDBACK IN 14 DAYS, MY CURRENT BILL IS AT R2500 and needs to be paid by 25th, NO ONE HAS PROVIODED ME FEEDBACK AS TO HOW THIS HAPPENED. I AM FURIOUS WITH VODACOM THEY HAVE DISSAPPOINTED ME TREMENDEOUSLY.
CAN SOMBODY PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IT IS POSSIBLE TO PAY R2500 ON A 3G CARD THAT SHOULD COST R199 I DID NOT EVEN USE 3 FULL GIGS?
AND HOW IS IT THAT I HAD TO SEE ON THE VODACOM WEBSITE THAT MY DISPUTE HAS BEEN RESOLVED WITH OUT ANYONE CONTACTING ME. VODACOM SHOULD REVERSE ALL CHARGES AS I DID NOT EVEN GET TO 3 GIG. MY CONTACT NUMBER IS O798963732

IV BEEN A VODACOM CUSTOMER FOR OVER 6 YEARS AND I HAVE NEVER EVER MISSED A PREMIUM. THIS IS UNFAIR TREATMENT WHICH MAKES ME LOOSE TRUST IN VODACOM.
