I have been experiencing issues with the telkom line and called the call centre. Firstly we experiened cable theif and needed someone to come out urgently to assist, no one has been out to assist and the call centre agent that assisted me on the 21st Jan, cancelled the ADSL configuration order logged by "Afrihost" now am I going to have to wait another two weeks!!! and I have a dead line, I MEAN SERIOUSLY!!! I called Afrihost to log the ADSL configuration again and called telkom to confirm if this was done (It was logged) and pleaded for someone to come out today and fix the line and configure the ADSL, "Boitumelo" a technical agent who does not sound very happy to assist customers was contacted contacted at 10:55 today and decided to slam the phone down, when I ask her not to cancel the order!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE TELKOM!!!

I want someone to come out TODAY!!! and fix the line and configure the ADSL. I will take this matter further if no corrective action is taken immediately.

If person reading this message cannot assist me immediately, make sure you escalate this to your manager. I will be contacting someone if my issue is not resolved.
