I've been a customer for more than 15 years and I cannot believe that you treat loyal customers like this. This is unacceptable. I have submitted a data billing dispute on the 4/07/2013.After many follow up of calls I received a call from Marvin Timm from Vodacom SA, who explain how accurate the bill is and all other things. He sent me a excel spread sheet that he said will explain how the billing was done. He said I can call back if I do not understand the spread sheet that he sent me. On the mail that he sent me the was no contact number for him. I tried to locate him from data call center 082155, with no luck. On 09/07/2013 I called back. Consultant by the name of Prince Kgopane told me that my request/ dispute was close without me being certisfied or aware about that, then requested to speak to Marvin, but no joy. Since 4pm on 09/04/2013 until around 9pmI have been talking with many consultants trying to get answer no luck. I have never been so frustrated with Vodacom service since 1999. I can't wait to finish these two contract with Vodacom, so that I can move to MTN.
