Cannot seem to contact anyone in Mtn accounts!

I have been trying to contact MtnSP for the past 1 hour, I am calling them from a landline and I seem to be getting voice prompts as I follow it gets engaged. I am trying to contact someone in the accounts department as i have a query concerning a company account! This service reminds me once again why I left Mtn 6 years ago!
