Your Voice Prompts are Prompting Me to be highly irate and frustrated with your company. There is very little in the business world that is more offensive or frustrating than "automated phone service" or voice-prompt menus, Especially when it is mulfunctioning. I have been trying to get through to Cell C for the past two days with no joy. As the voice prompts menus are messed up. Numerous attempts and the call is disconnected, voice prompts advising that i have entered and incorrect option and disconnects when i was not provided with any options. All i want is a latest statement and a settlement letter for my contract. How many attempts and how much time wasted before I can have my simple request resolved.
