After settling my Hi-Finance account more than three weeks ago a payment still went off my account. I've now tried five times to contact the Hi-Finance accounts department on 0860 110808 (the number I was given from the only contact number on the website). Every single time I eventually get past the IVR, I can hear that I have been connected to a consultant but the phone call is disconnected. This happened for each time I tried. for the past hour.
The last call was placed at 14h20 on 01/06/2013.

I want my instalment back with interest as I've settled my account and provided communication in doing so, so there is no reason for Hi-Finance to benefit in an instalment interest that they should not have deducted.

I am not phoning again as this is costing me money now and I've done everything that is expected in settling my account.
