I have been struggling for a week now to sort out my DSTV accounts. I have employee accounts under Multichoice and the only way to get in contact with them is through e-mail. The e-mail response takes a minimum of three days. I paid in the money yesterday for my accounts and just one of my accounts was reactivated. I am trying to get in contact with them to rectify this problem but just hitting walls everywhere. I have called the helplines endlessly, but no one could help me. Can anyone from the employee department at Multichoice please contact me as soon as possible to sort out this problem.
