Trudon, Publishers Of The Yellow Pages
I'm STILL waiting for accounts to contact me

I called Trudon last week to cancel my subscription to the White and Yellowpages and the lady who took down my details said that someone from "Accounts" will contact me to give me a comprehensive statement on my account.
I haven't heard anything from from Trudon's accounts department yet.

WHY IS THAT?

I expect action NOW.
