Service Request not even looked at!

Upgraded my Existing contract to a Iphone, Phone arrived with no Micro sim!
So i Phoned in and launched a Service request, the lady to who i spoke to over the phone said it will be wil me latest on monday that is 5 days later.
Phoned in the monday aswell and my request has not even been looked at!
This is not the way to treat a Customer for over 8 years.
