Good day

We are experiencing VERY bad service lately (last 3 months). I am going to outline the problems we are facing as I am now at a point where I will just move away to another supplier.

1. I do not get any replies from my accounts manager (Ben Moodley), if he is no longer working at Mweb why has a new consultant/manager not contacted us?

2. Creating a email now takes up to 4 weeks. Your online email administration system does not work. We had to submit and resubmit and eventually after yelling at a couple of your sales staff we finally got some of the email created.

3. Our website was apparently infected with malware. Sending a request to [Email Removed] just never gets a reply. On phoning your staff no one knew what to do. Eventually I sorted it out myself by deleting the site and putting up a temp site just for a staff member to put the old site back.

4. We are no experiencing very bad internet connections thats drops the whole time. We are running an online booking system on this. When phoning we wait over 20mins to speak to someone just for them to put the phone down in your ear. Sending an email also just gets ignored.
