Poor customer service from cell c

I have a very big problem with the customer service of cell c!!! I have upgraded to the iphone 5 and received my phone on the 21st of November 2013. The consultant that completed the upgrade assured me that the phone will come with a nano simcard. The phone was delivered without the simcard. I phoned Monday the 23rd of November to request for the nano simcard. It was ordered via the consultant and I confirmed several times that it should be the nano simcard. Tuesday die 3rd of December the simcard was delivered, BUT the wrong one, a Micro simcard which I cannot use in a iphone 5!!!

I've sent how many emails complaining about your service and requesting when I will receive my nano simcard and each time they reply that a consultant will phone me, BUT no one ever phones!!! What type of cellphone provider are you???

Today, while typing the email I phoned cell c again and spoke to the sales department, laying my complaint the consultant just put me on hold and NEVER came back to me!!!
