Hi my name is bongani and my problem is that on the 24/07/13 I was called by a noleen from mtn asking me if I wanted to add an additional line to the contract I had with them. I agreed and on the 26th I was given the cellphone by delivery from the rtt guys after 3 days I realised that my sim card couldnt receive any calls and it was then I took the phone to a mtn store on the 30/07/2013 in brooklyn where I was helped by a gugulethu to cancel the contract and apply for a new one so then I applied for a new one and on the 01/08/31 I received another so up to this day the number that I said must be cancelled is still active now and now im gonna pay for something that I haven't been using. According to them I have 3 active numbers and it should infact be only 2 active numbers... may you please assist me as ive been calling them day in day out and I keep on being taken in circles... this is really dissapointing... my email is [Email Removed]
