I have never experienced such bad service from any company before.

I opened my account with Cell C in February of this year.

1. The network reception is terrible. I cannot receive or make calls for most of the day in most areas in Cape Town. Not to mention data reception - there is never any.
2. The debit order facility does not work. Every month I receive an sms stating that my account is overdue and will be suspended if I do not make payment. Every month I call the call centre to ask them to activate my debit order facility - which never happens.
3. Because of this 'late payment' of bills, I have not been able to activate international roaming - and this has been very inconvenient for me.
4. I have requested through the call centre that my optional data bundles deactivated (they can be activated over ussd but not deactivated - how convenient) and this has not been done.
5. The online account facility is down most of the time - so I cannot check my invoices before month end.
6. Call centre managers never return my calls.

Worst service, worst network ever.
