We have been struggling with 8ta for a few months now!! First THEY cancel our debit order after nearly a year! We then pay our account via EFT 2 days later our services get suspended due to non payment, you phone the call centre they confirm that the payment reflects on our account and re-instate our service after numerous calls and hours!!! 2 days later we have another problem, phone to report and then being told again that our services has been suspended after a screen print was send to me showing that our services wasn't suspended. I was now also told by one of the consultants that the debit order was cancelled because our account was handed over for collection!!! How can an account be handed over if the account is not in arrears? We where not notified that the debit order has been cancelled and only found out the 1st time our services was suspended!! We requested limits on our contracts 2 month ago, we received confirmation via email that it has been set up yet it is not!! We can't ad data nor sms bundles as "you have insufficient funds" How is this possible??? We haven't even used half of our credit limit when we start getting these messages!! Even after payment is confirmed!!
