After numerous calls I received no feedback

After activating roaming I went on my holiday. On the second day of my trip I received a call from cell c stating that my roaming account was high. They wanted me to make a deposit to keep roaming on but I opted to suspend my roaming as the amount was getting high. After returning to South Africa arriving on a Sunday I noticed that I was barred from all calls sms and data services. I was stuck as I had no way to call for transport. When I phoned cell c to inquire. They told me that despite my 800 remaining minutes almost 1000 remaining sms s and 700 mb data (that was already paid for) that I had left on my contract I cannot activate my account in any way. I had to pay a deposit. As it was on a Sunday and I couldn't use data and I had no way of getting to a bank (never mind that it was Sunday). I was told that I would receive a call from the "team leader" to try and find a solution. this was after 3 calls to 140. I am still waiting. Never mind that I made a plan. On Monday morning I phoned again to esquire. At that stage I just wanted to know how I could activate. I was told I would receive an sms. I am still waiting. This is terrible service. I have been with cell c for all8 yea
